Cancellation Policy

You will receive a text message and/or email 48 hours prior to your appointment to confirm your booking.

If you need to cancel, please get in touch as soon as possible. Non reply to your confirmation text/email will assume that you are attending your appointment.

Appreciating the value one another’s time is grounded in mutual respect. I often have a waitlist of clients, so prompt communication means that I can utilise that time for someone else’s needs.

Late Cancellation or No Show Fee:

A cancellation fee applies (50% of service cost) where less than 36 hours notice is given to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you miss your appointment without cancelling or rescheduling, ie if you don’t turn up for your allocated booking, the charge will be 100% of consultation cost. Note, these fees do not apply for genuine emergencies or compassionate grounds.
